GRATITUDE

All the work contained on this website was a collaboration as the practice of Architecture is, if nothing else, a team sport requiring the active participation of architect, interior designer, builder, tradespeople and owner. I am fortunate to have worked with so many wonderful people. It was my honor and privilege to work under Peter D. Swindley, my mentor for 27 years, and with extremely talented and passionate colleagues. I continually rely on the skills and craftsmanship of the contractors, subcontractors and artisans on every job. Each homeowner’s dreams and personality have helped shape each design. Getting to know them and to figure out how to craft designs to meet their needs and stir their souls has been the welcome challenge that makes it fun to come to work every day.
